At GEM Associates we believe in being transparent with our clients and are therefore happy to publish our fees and charges for the services we provide. We are also happy to negotiate an individual price for a specific piece of work according to your requirements. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
General Consultancy work
- Fully inclusive of expenses - between £300 and £375/day dependent on contract details
Policies and Procedures
- Full writing service (all Housing Management topics covered) - From £15,000 (depending on output formats required)
- Convert existing content to web style layout or webhelp with flowcharts - £8,800
- Convert existing to web style layout or webhelp - £7,900
All of our pricing is subject to VAT at the current rate and our policy and procedure work is based around a staged payments contract which requires a deposit at point of order.
